Frequently Asked Questions About Our Meal Plans

When is the cutoff time for placing an order?

Midnight on Thursday every week is the the deadline to place on order for the the following Sunday and/or Wednesday

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery fees are based on distance from our kitchen facility. The farther away you are the higher the delivery fee.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes. Someone needs to be available to receive the delivery and place the order in the refrigerator as soon as possible.

How long do the meals last?

We recommend that you consume, or freeze, the meals no more than five days from the date of production. The production and recommended consumption will be posted on the labels for the meals.

I want to order something by the pound but I don’t see it on the menu. Can I make a request?
