This is honestly the absolute best meal prep that I have ever used!! Being in the Army, I’ve lived all over the country and never have I found quality, fresh, and delicious meal prep like Food & Figure. The owner is so personable and makes all dishes tailored to each client’s needs and takes into consideration allergies, dislikes, etc. These meals are exciting too- he uses fruit to add flavor for example. Not only that- the calorie count and macros are measured down to a tenth of a degree! Such detail, and the meat quality is wonderful as well! Looking forward to purchasing meals from Food & Figure for the next 18 months while I’m stationed here!

We have been using this service for about a month now and really enjoy it.  The chef/owner speaks to me directly and ensures we are getting what I like.  The food is fresh and quite tasty.  They also adjust orders for dietary preferences such as Keto or Paleo and are set up by caloric values per meal.  Ordering 400 calorie paleo meals works well for me!  Anyway, I highly recommend this company and their services.

They catered for my birthday party once.  Very well priced and excellently executed.  I’ve been to several parties where their culinary efforts were on display.  Always thoughtful, healthy, delicious and great value.  For folks in the Boston area, this is the #1 people i’d go to for catering and food at home!
